Canadian Media Contact Directory This booklet is included in the media invitation and includes all the participating Canadian partner contact information. Even if the media is unable to participate, this directory is used as a Canada reference by that publication/outlet/individual during the next year. It is important that each partner register accurately and on time in order to be included in this valuable marketing tool. In addition, Partners will be listed on our website, which will also be available to journalists as an additional reference tool. Partners are responsible for any updates to their registration/Contact Book information in order to ensure accuracy on the website and for the printed book. Partners must be aware that the information that is submitted on the registration form is the information that will appear on the web site and in the Contact Book. MM staff will edit for spelling and grammar errors only, not for factual detail. Double check all telephone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses, website addresses, "what's new" details, lure copy, etc. What you submit is what will appear online and in print. Media Attendance Media will be invited primarily from the western region of the US. However, some select media will be chosen to attend from other areas of the country. Partners may submit names to Monica Campbell Hoppé by December 30, 2011. A schedule of e-mail broadcasts and snail mailings to the media have been established with the first "teaser" to go out early December 2011, followed by the media invitation with registration information and Canadian Media Contact Handbook by late January, 2012.
