Please Note - The completed Partner registration form is a BINDING CONTRACT. Any Partner who enters into this binding contract and fails to notify Canada Media Marketplace (MM) of changes or cancellation in writing by November 15, 2011 is responsible for the full registration fee. If an alternate equal and financially comparable replacement Partner is secured either by the canceling Partner or from a wait list, a fee of $1000.00 USD will be charged for costs incurred by Canada MM (printed contact book, web site, media promotion and exposure). Canada MM reserves to right to approve all substitutions and changes. Extra Person Registration Fees are subject to full payment if cancellation is made after February 1, 2012. Substitutions will be accepted at no additional cost. Payment is due by February 1, 2012. |
