Full Table - One Partner

US$5,250.00 includes:

• 2 representatives

• 2 appointment schedules

• additional representative (no schedule/one per table limit) US$1,350.00 extra reps may not be seated at the Partner

Table during Marketplace appointments

Sharing Table - Two Partners
US$3,750.00 includes:

• 1 representative per sharing destination

• 1 appointment schedule per sharing destination

Table-shares are responsible for finding a destination with which to share.

extra reps may not be seated at the Partner Table during Marketplace appointments

The registration deadline is September 30, 2010.

Please Note - The completed partner registration form is a BINDING CONTRACT. Any partner who completes enters into this binding contract and fails to notify Canada Media Marketplace of changes or cancellation in writing by October 29, 2010, is responsible for the full registration fee. If a comparable replacement Partner is secured either by the canceling Partner or from a wait list, no penalty will be assessed.

Payment is due no later than February 01, 2011. Failure to meet this deadline will result in automatic cancellation.
