Use Online System to make additional appointment requests
Use the "View available media link on your Preliminary Schedule to see which media have an opening during your empty slot.
If you see a journalist you would like to meet with highlight their name and click the "Request appointment" button.
Send a personalized note requesting an appointment. The journalist may accept, decline or ignore your request. If they accept the request you will be notified by email.
Partners MUST complete any rescheduling or cancellations changes during this time period.
The ability to send appointment requests to media will continue after this date, however buyers will be instructed to visit the appointment scheduling desk to accept the request.
Media and CTC delegates will be able to make changes and additions to their schedules onsite by visiting the appointment scheduling desk.
